What happens when I click 'Hire me' on an Employer page
Found a company you'd like to work for but don't see a role advertised for you at the moment? Show employers you are interested in working with them.
Click the 'Hire me' button. By clicking this button you join a company's candidate pool. What this means is that the company now knows you are interested in working for them in the future. They can directly invite you to apply for roles and you will receive an alert as soon as they post a new role.
If you are invited to a job, you will receive an email and your invite will appear in your dashboard.On the employers dashboard you will now appear in their candidate pool and they can invite you to apply directly from here.
