When a candidate joins your pool they are letting you know that they are interested in working with you. You can see all their profile bar their phone number which will be suppressed until they apply.
You can view their profile and invite them to apply for a role. You can use the filters to search and sort for what you are looking for. If your pool gets too full you can move some candidates from suitable to unsuitable. Someone who is unsuitable now may become suitable in the future so keep an eye on this tab.
When you post a new job, they will automatically receive an alert of this by email.
