We recommend asking between 3 and 5 questions per job to your candidates. The idea is to make it as quick and easy for candidates to complete and for you to review, and generally most employers are able to get the insights they need after the first minute or two of the videos.
We recommend an answer time of 45s to 1 minute. Setting a high answer time can put additional pressure on the candidate whilst shorter times encourage short to the point answers.
