It's easy to join the JobFairy candidate pool and allow registered Employers view your profile. This gives them the opportunity to invite you to apply for open roles they have.
You can decide at any stage to join the Jobfairy candidate pool or at any stage to leave it.
You can do so in the 'About You' section within your 'My Profile' page.
Scroll down to the JobFairy candidate pool question and check the box if you wish to join.
