After you sign up you will be directed to the Candidate Onboarding page to create your profile. We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to quickly enter and upload everything an employer will want to know when they view your profile.
Try and enter in as much as you can on the first pass, but know that you can come back to a step later if you want by clicking 'Skip'. You can edit your profile at any stage, which may mean updating it or even completing it!
Remember that your profile is a live profile. The employer will instantly see your updates if you have applied for a role with them, joined their candidate pool (by clicking Hire me on their page) or are in the JobFairy Candidate pool.

One are we get a lot of questions is the profile video. It is 15seconds maximum. You can record it with our recorder, or upload a video of your own. If you are using your phone, please record in Landscape mode and note that if your video goes over 15 seconds, we will just upload the first 15. We have a good video with some tips on how best to record your video.Finally the more complete your profile is, the more likely an employer will be to follow up with you. It's your first chance to make a good impression, so take some time on it.
Once you have built your profile, you can use it to apply for any job posted on JobFairy.
