How can I add more staff to the account

If you want to invite other staff members to your account you can do so on the Settings page. This will allow other staff members to be involved in your recruitment process.  For example they will also be able to view Candidate One way video interviews and comment as to the suitability of the candidate. It's always best to note discussions like this inside your account so that the candidates data will be secure.

You can invite a staff member and decide to give them full admin access or view access. You can withdraw this invitation or amend their access at any stage.
