Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing emails, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Email Management: Respond to and manage email correspondence promptly.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.
- Message Taking: Accurately take and relay messages to the appropriate team members.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update contact lists and other relevant records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
