Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing emails, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Email Management: Respond to and manage email correspondence promptly.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.
  • Message Taking: Accurately take and relay messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update contact lists and other relevant records.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
