Climate Change Specialist with over 13 years of experience in climate resilience, climate justice, adaptation
projects, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement across Bangladesh and Africa. Experienced in
working across Multilateral Development Banks (the World Bank Group), international NGOs, and leading
think tanks. Skilled in data collection from climate hotspots, and capturing the perspectives of marginalized
groups such as youth, women, and project beneficiaries, with findings effectively disseminated to key
stakeholders. I have strong expertise in policy analysis, and I worked extensively on children, gender and
youth nexus with climate change. In addition, I am proficient in preparing communication products and
organizing events for different stakeholder groups such as government agencies, local communities,
donors, and the private sector
